EGoods Return Policy

How can I return an item?

At, we are proud to offer a hassle-free return policy within the UAE. If customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us customer can return the product within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

Below are the steps which customer needs to follow if he/she want to create a return:

Return / Exchange Process for UAE

Customer needs to inform us about the item which customer wishes to return through our contact page or call at 0522522059 to initiate the return process. Customer will have to pack and ship items to us.
Customer’s credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is received. Customer can use his/her credit to order the same item in a different size or any other item aswell.

Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:

If you want refund / exchange then following conditions apply:

  1. Return/Exchange can only be made within 3 days from date of delivery.
  2. Item should be in a good condition and not used.
  3. It should also be in the same box you received.

If I'm not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card/PayPal refunds. However we offer free exchanges in the form of Egoods Credit. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, you can exchange your item free of charge - customer will be responsibe to return items and bear shipping fees and we will issue customer credit for the value of the item returned to us. This will give customer the opportunity to choose the other product to order of your choice. Please note, however, that the COD charge and any shipping fees are not refundable as it goes to the courier company.

For example, if you paid AED 200 for an item, we’ll give you Egoods credit for AED 200 after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that the COD charge - AED 15 - is not refundable, as it goes to the courier company.

How long does it take to get my eGoods credit?

The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return the better. We will provide return address. When we receive items back we’ll process your Egoods credit within 48 hours after the items have been received

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 3 days from delivery.
  2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Our Products are made of pure cow or buffalo leather so each items may slightly differ in grains or color, so product cannot be returned on claims made:
    1. That it is not leather product
    2. Stitching issue
    3. Little bit color difference
    4. Size Issue (as size is already mentioned on product description)
